Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Beyond that period, processed orders may not be cancelled or modified; you may return your item subject to Art Casa’s Online Return Policy.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?

FABRICS OR WALLPAPERS SAMPLES
Every sample has a price of 3,00 €.

For fabrics or wallpapers samples, the shipping fee is:
– 8,00 € for shipments to Italy
– 15,00 € for shipments to all European Countries
– 18,00 € for shipments to the UK
– 40,00 € for shipments to the USA
– 49,00 € for shipments to the UAE
The shipping fee doesn’t change depending on the samples quantity.

 

The estimated delivery time is 7/10 working days. In case of delays due to lack of materials, you will receive an e-mail with the estimated delivery date.
Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to track your order through the carrier.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Italian holidays (January 1 and 6, Easter Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, December 8, 25 and 26 ).

Can I modify my shipping address?

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please contact us within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.

3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How do I return an item?

If you want to return an item, please contact us by e-mail indicating the items you wish to return.
We will send you the courier at the address indicated for the return of the goods.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns may be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.
– All items must be in original condition. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
– Once a custom item has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund. These items are final sale.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I return a custom item?

Custom items orders (fabrics and wallpapers samples included), cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund. These items are final sale.
